Bachelorette Party last night! Thanks so all the beautiful ladies who came and celebrated with me! It was a lot of fun! Only 13 more days until the wedding! (hopefully the boys took pictures of their bachelor party that I can post soon also!)

My Aunts Put On A Terrific Shower!

Yes, another shower! Can you believe it? We are so lucky to have such wonderful family and friends who keep hosting wedding showers! Tonight my 2 aunts, Gay and Nancy (and my 2 cousins, Ele and Lydia) had a shower with the most delicious appetizers and desserts- YUM! We played wedding Bingo and my cousin Lydia entertained us as the Bingo Caller! It was so great to spend time with family tonight! Thank you SO much Nancy and Gay for making everything so special! WE ARE GETTING OUR FURNITURE DELIVERED TOMORROW!!! I AM SO EXCITED!!! I HAVE BEEN WAITING ALMOST 3 MONTHS FOR OUR NEW HOUSE TO START FEELING LIKE A HOME AND THIS IS ONE STEP IN THAT DIRECTION! YEAH!

Also, Alex and I went shopping at Dundee this weekend and bought flowers, vegetables, and herbs for our garden! We had fun planting yesterday! I will post pictures soon of our beautiful backyard! Alex's latest ambition: a small pond in the backyard?! :)

What a beautiful day for a wedding shower! Thank you Molly, Abby, and Sue for such a beautiful shower! Despite a power outage this morning, everything was ABSOLUTELY perfect! I had a wonderful time with a group of wonderful friends! Thank you everyone for coming to be apart of the day and for the thoughtful gifts! I am so lucky to have so many great friends!

I had a blast at my first wedding shower last night! Thank you Carol, Sheila, Regina, and Cathy for planning such a fun night! Also thank you to all the lovely ladies who came! The picture below shows me and my mom with our delicious mashed potato martini's! YUM!!!

Shower Excitement!

Starting tomorrow I have 4 wedding showers within a 15 day period! SO FUN! With only 44 days left until the wedding day, we are getting very excited!

Alex has been working extremely hard on getting our house ready so that we can be moved in and ready to live there after the wedding! Below is a picture of him sanding our cabinets down so that we could paint them. His dad John, has been a HUGE help! We can't wait to have visitors once we finally finish everything!

Our First Wedding Shower

Last Friday was our first wedding shower!!! My 2nd grade class and their families put on a wedding shower for us at school! It was a blast! We played wedding games, opened presents, had wedding cake, (they made us feed each other for practice) and even had bubbles blown at us as we practiced walking down the "aisle."

Only 65 more days until our wedding!! I am getting so excited for upcoming showers and parties that lead up to our special day!
